Our History
Our agency was established in 1928 by Mr. E. V. Hofmeister as a small local hometown insurance agency providing insurance protection for family and neighbors.
Steven Hofmeister joined his father in 1964 and today our company has grown to include a professional staff of insurance specialists plus an office staff of highly trained assistants.
At present, Hofmeister Insurance Agency serves the insurance needs of individuals and families and the insurance needs of business concerns and farms in Vernon, Juneau, Monroe, and Sauk Counties and adjacent areas.
Our office includes, in addition to a powerful network of computers for record keeping, a special rating system so that instant rate comparisons can be made of competing insurance companies for the same insurance product.
